1. How could I buy products?
Please send required product details so on. Then a reasonable quotation as request would be provided.
2. How long could I get reply of my inquiry?

3. What terms of payments you offer?
We suggest USD or RMB on the basis of exchanging rate. Payment of T/T, Western Union, Paypal, cash etc.would be accepted.
4. How to apply refund?
Once the PI has been confirmed and ordered goods are ready, a refund will not be avaiable for a canceled order. But a refund would back to you in time if we could not offer the products required, due to the shortage or unavailability.
5. What kind of transportation methods you offer?
For small package, delivery by DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT, SF . For large package, by air or sea will be better. And freight with buyers' prior delivery would be confrimed.
