INTRODUCTION

IPS-9610 has a 7-inch touchscreen with a Linux system, so your team can set up and run jobs without complex training. The 75-1200DPI resolution produces clear text, dates, barcodes and QR codes that scan reliably. It works with variable data and custom date formats, and supports multiple ink types, so it can code on food packaging, plastic, paper, cables and electronic parts. It runs at up to 150m/min to keep up with both low and high-speed lines. Installation is straightforward, with standard interfaces that connect to most existing production lines. The machine has built-in ink monitoring and print count tracking, and runs on low power with minimal ongoing maintenance. Overall, it's a stable, low-fuss printer for consistent date, batch and traceability coding.

A: Yes, we can provide OEM&ODM service for our distributors. We can make customized welcome page of most of our machines and can provide unique code for exclusive distributors.

A: (1). Inkjet printer: including CIJ printer, TIJ printer and PIJ printer( based on Seiko or Ricoh heads).
(2) Laser marking machine: including Fiber laser marking machine, CO2 laser marking machine and UV laser marking machine.

4. What is the normal lead time?
A: For most product, we have stock and can make fast delivery within 2-3 days after receipt of payment. But for some customized products, we may need around 10-20 working days, pls confirm with your sales before placing order.

A: YES. If you have any question about installation or operation after you buy our products, pls contact us by telephone / WhatsApp/ Skype/WeChat/ Mail. We will try our best to reply you on time. For some special project, our engineer can go to overseas on-site service.

A: We provide one year free spare parts for all the machines. For some special distributor, we provide 18 month guarantee. We also guarantee we sell customers all new machines, not second hand.
