1. Where is your company located?
A: We are in Guangzhou of China. Guangzhou is famous for the Canton Fair(China Import and Export fair) and Sino-pack exhibition. Guangzhou is famous in packing machinery all over the world.
2. Are you manufacturer of trading company?
A: We are manufacturer of inkjet printer ,laser marking machine and the consumables over 10 years. We have our own brand IPS and professional technical team.
3.What is your product range?
A: (1). Inkjet printer. CIJ printer, TIJ printer, high resolution inkjet printer based on XAAR/SEIKO/RICOH head, UV inkjet printer, handheld inkjet printer(1-50MM).
(2) Laser marking machine. Fiber laser marking machine, CO2 laser marking machine, UV laser marking machine.
(3) Spare parts. Original and compatible spare parts with favorable price for all brand of CIJ printers.
(4) Consumables. All brand of special and standard inks/makeup/ cleaning solution, both original and compatible. We focus more on good quality compatible consumables.
(5) Coding and marking solution. We are in this field for around 10 years. We have full experience in many special case. We can provide professional solution and relative automation equipment, such as feeding system, visual and inspection system and etc.
4. what is the normal lead time ?
A: For most product, we have stock and can make fast delivery within 2-3 days after receipt of payment. But for some customized products, we may need around 10-20 working days, pls confirm with your sales before placing order.
5. Is there any after service from your company?
A: YES. If you have any question about installation or operation after you received our products, pls contact us by telephone / WhatsApp/ Skype/ WeChat/ mail. We will try our best to reply you on time.
6. What guarantee do you provide for your machines?
A: We provide one year free spare parts for all the machines, except xaar head. For some special distributor, we provide 18 month guarantee. We also guarantee we sell customers all new machines, not second hand.
